Hi, everyone. This is Mark. I went for the Marma therapy first, which was followed by the Sound Healing Therapy. And, to my experience, it was really, really great. It really helped cleanse my chakras and a lot of negative energy that I had stored and I was carrying for years eventually came out. Earlier, I would feel really lethargic in my day, not wanting to do anything in life. The therapies really helped bring out the energy from within me, and I started feeling really energetic.

  • Can you help with stress and anxiety?
    Absolutely. Many people come to me looking for relief from stress, overwhelm, and anxiety—and find tools and practices that bring calm and clarity.

    We’ll start with a simple chat to understand where you’re at and what you want. Then, I’ll guide you gently through the process. No pressure, just support.
  • How often should I come for sessions?
    It depends on what feels right for you! Some folks want a one-time reset, others prefer regular check-ins. We’ll figure it out together.
  • Do I need any special setup for online sessions?
    Just a quiet spot and a device with a camera! Headphones can help but aren’t necessary.
  • Can your sessions replace medical treatment?
    These sessions complement your healthcare but don’t replace medical advice. Always follow your doctor’s guidance, and feel free to let me know if you have questions.
  • What if I get emotional during a session?
    Totally normal! Emotions can come up when something’s shifting. I’m here to support you through it with kindness and care.
  • How do I prepare for a session?

  • Can I combine different sessions or approaches?

  • I’m not very spiritual… is this still for me?
    100%! You don’t need to believe in anything or follow any path. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to try something new. The rest unfolds naturally.
  • What kind of people do you usually work with?

  • Do you do corporate or group sessions?
    Yes, and I love them! I offer team wellbeing sessions, guided breaks, and interactive experiences that help reduce stress and bring people together. Think calm minds, open hearts, and a little laughter in the middle of a busy workday.
  • Can I do just one session or do I need a package?
    You’re free to start with just one. No pressure. If you enjoy it and want to go deeper, we can always talk about a personalized plan.
  • Is there talking involved or is it more silent/meditative?
    A bit of both, depending on what we’re doing. Some sessions are interactive; others are more reflective. I always explain everything as we go, so you’re never left wondering.
  • I’m nervous. What if I do it wrong?
    You can’t do it wrong. Really. This is your time, and I’m here to guide you gently and without judgment. Just show up as you are.
  • How soon will I start feeling different?
    Everyone’s experience is unique. Some people feel a shift right away; others notice subtle changes over time. You’ll likely walk away with more clarity, calm, or insight—even from one session.
  • Do you use Indian traditional practices in your work?
    Yes, gently and respectfully. I draw from ancient Indian wisdom like Marma points, Meditative techniques, and Subtle Energy Practices—always adapted to modern life and comfort.
  • What if I fall asleep during a session?
    Then you probably needed it! No judgment here. Your system will still receive what it needs, even if you doze off for a bit.
  • Can I come with a specific issue or intention?
    Absolutely. Whether it’s stress, a repeating pattern, relationship stuff, confidence, energy, or “I don’t even know what’s going on”—you can bring it all. We’ll work from wherever you are.
  • Is this like therapy or counselling?
    It’s not therapy, but it can be therapeutic. Think of it more like guided self-discovery, emotional reset, and inner clarity—without needing to explain every detail of your past.
  • I’ve tried other things before and nothing really helped. How is this different?
    I totally get that. This work is simple, practical, and deeply personal. No rigid rules. We go with what feels true and light for you. Sometimes that’s what makes all the difference.
  • Do you offer sessions in Hindi or English?
    I can do both—whatever makes you feel more at ease. Just let me know what you’re comfortable with.
  • Can I book something last minute?
    If I have space, yes! But sessions do fill up quickly, so it’s better to book a bit in advance if you can.
  • Do you offer anything for kids or teens?
    Yes! I love working with young minds. The sessions are gentler and more playful, but just as powerful.
  • Is this religious or spiritual?
    It’s not religious. Some people feel a spiritual connection, others just feel relaxed or clear. You get to experience it in your own way, no labels needed.
  • Can I talk to you before booking?

  • Are your sessions safe for people with health conditions or pregnancy?
    Yes—many of my practices are gentle and supportive. But if you have a condition, just let me know, and we’ll make sure everything we do is suitable for you.
  • Do you do retreats or in-person workshops?
    Yes! I host soulful, fun, and deeply refreshing group experiences.
  • Do I need to be flexible or physically fit for your yoga or movement sessions?
    Not at all. This isn’t gym yoga! I offer gentle, accessible movement anyone can do—even at your desk. No stretchy pants required.
  • Will we talk during the session or is it mostly quiet?
    It depends on the session. Some are guided with my voice, some include sharing and reflection, and others are quiet and internal. I’ll always walk you through it first.
  • Is this kind of work just a trend or does it really last?
    Great question. This isn’t about quick fixes or hype. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself in a lasting, grounded way. The changes can be subtle at first, but they often ripple through your whole life.
  • Do you offer recordings or practices I can do on my own?
    Yes! I have guided videos, and simple tools you can use between sessions to stay connected and supported. we can have a quick chat to see what fits you best.
  • Do I need any experience?
    Nope. Total beginners are very welcome.
